When is NEXT Sunday?

2 days time seeing as it's Friday, yes?

No, it's a week on Sunday...apparently, so she says llike.  ::)

Next means the following one of what you're talking about doesn't it, yes?
Well therefore in Growlers werld NEXT Sunday is the next one, which is in two days time, assuming you're reading this today, Friday.

Simples really in'it?

NEXT Saturday is in fact tomorrow, but granted, you wouldn't actually say NEXT in this case, you'd say tomorrow, but in reality tomorrow is in fact NEXT Saturday.

2. nearest or adjacent in place or position: the next room.

But the next is used in context of the named day e.g immediately following Sunday so you have to have one for there to be a next. Sunday 7th Feb is the Sunday immediately following Sunday 31st Jan and so is next.
