Noisy Birds
« on: February 05, 2010, 04:19:36 PM »
Now the snow has all gone they are all tweeting like nutters. Worst are the mating pigeons. Courtship rituals (on my fence  Angry9:) are tedious in the extreme.

It's tweet and chirrup and tweet all effing day long. Deafening. Flying bastards.Oh yes, you want my bread and stuff, but if I come out and wave my arms about you just go up onto the TV aerials and do all that strutting about with your wings out stuff. Thank God hooman courtship is simpler.

Exactly!

Play this link then imagine x10 louder, x8 of them all at once, and then think kids party and loads of additives in the soft drinks  eeek: eeek:

In fact I might even download the .wav file and tinker with it in Audacity to replicate the din  eveilgrin:

I like most birds except crows.

Why are there so many of them now?
The worse this country gets, the more crows you see.
