Fed up with the General Election already
« on: February 08, 2010, 02:29:03 PM »
Or at least I am getting very fed up with the almost constant tit for tat announcements about what "we will do when we win" that all parties are indulging in. It is ridiculous. We know you are all liars, we know you will only do a small measure of the things you promise to get our votes, we know that not one of you has the first idea how to get us out of the mess you have put us in.

Tell you what ~ I'll vote for whoever is honest enough to admit they haven't a clue but are willing to try.
I used to have a handle on life but it broke.

I'd vote for the first one that stated the obvious money saving proposal of eliminating all quangos and fake charities...  happy088

Not only would this save billions, I'd fucking love to see some of the ?100K a year 'chief executives' thrown out of their cushy jobs with their gold-plated pensions and find out what their real worth is on the job market!   eveilgrin:

A few more millions could be saved by listening to Christopher Booker of the Sunday Telegraph.

And another thing I'd like to know. Why the fvck are we borrowing from the Chinese to give to the Indians/Africans and every other bugger with a begging bowl. We can't afford to pay our own way. Surely charity begins at home. Let's get our own books straight and when we have a profit we can give some away.
