Running them on recycled oil from chip shops I expect.

Probably blown up by a lump of saveloy in the fuel.

Wish I'd thought of that one when pilots asked why the aircraft had been declared unserviceable ("Sorry Driver, your 5 million pound toy reported in sick" in RAF lingo).

My flights were no problem, except a little turbulence after eating the Korean Air "Bibimbap" and a beer or two  whistle:
