You're all correct of course, I just cannot sit around doing nothing. Probably did more than I should yesterday causing tonight's "discomfort"

I've got 6 weeks until my "discharge" appointment and feel trapped after one day, I'll be climbing the walls before Easter.

Bloody GP surgerys!

Ring at 8 am to get an appointment for today (if possible) Ten minutes of engaged tone and redial I finally get through, no my GP hasn't any slots today, best is 30th March. All I want to do his talk to him and catch up the results of other tests I'd been having pre-op. So I leave message for him to phone me.

He just has, obviously feels there is some sense of 'importance' in talkinng to me which is imposible to impart to the receptionist. Anyway I guess I've had my 'consultation' now. When can I book a actual visit? Turns out the 30th slot already gone, and now has to be after Easter. (!)

I'm sick and tired of never getting a reasonable appointment date.  Banghead

Right, just had the receptionist phone back. Apology and an appointment for next Wednesday morning (choice of time slots) Where did they come from?   rubschin:
