I'm not dead!

It was good of Nick to call and I appreciate your concerns. Convalescence is somewhat slower than I hoped and I've not been the best of company (ask my brother!) so I've not really been in mood to do anything. Last Friday I spent the day at A&E after a couple of mahoosive nosebleeds, consequence of thinner blood than usual.

In the last couple of the days the pain has eased considerably although my sleep is still disturbed (4 hours last night)

I'm hopeful that I'm over the worst.
