Nights getting lighter, but....
« on: February 22, 2010, 08:59:46 PM »
....why tf aren't the bloody clocks going back for another 6 weeks ey, bloody well WHY!!?
Answer me THAT one. cussing:

This is one of my favourite rants.
There is absolutely no reason why we have to wait so long imo. They could shift them back in November, and put them forward again in late January, but no, they just sit back, grin and watch us all shuffle around in the dark.

All fits in well with the common phrase for us mere sheeples.
Treat 'em like mushrooms. Feed them shit and keep them in the dark, heathen bastards. cussing:

Indeededo DS.
I was just thinking of a way to keep us all happy though.

Totally barkin' leaving turning them back until virtually April. Only gives us less than 12 weeks before the bloody nights start drwaing back in again ffs.
Absolutely crazy. We have to endure dark evenings far too long already imo.
I need to start a petition to get this sorted once and for all.

Forwards, backwards, I get confused. Whatevered...lighter nights anyway.
March 28th to be precise, which is nearly April in'it?

Don't you agree though that the date could be brought back a good couple of months?
I mean the mornings are light enough now to satisfy the farmers, cows, whatevers, which is one of the main reasons, if not the only reason in fact, for all this nonsense in the first place apparently, surely?  Banghead
Everyone I speak to agrees. We want more daylight in the evenings when we get home from werk surely.
No wonder we're all sad and miserable. Banghead

I thought it was so you could see the children going to school before you ran them over?

Yea yea yea, enough of this pedantism like, whatever. ::)

I'm more concerned about obtaining agreement and support for my gripe before doing something constuctive about it.
We all moan and complain about it, but as usual, the great british sheeples do bugger all about it. We just shrug our shoulders and grumble that if that's the way it is, then we suppose we'll just have to shut up and put up. Shrugs:

Well I've had enough. Banghead

Cows, kids, who knows, who actually cares?

Sorry Growler, I just don't care about the the switching about of the clocks.

So what are you going to do about it? Seeing as you're the one moaning.
