Steak was lovely, pots with shallot were delish.

Had a bottle of pink bubbly - that was the driest drink I've ever tasted.

Birthday week now continues with a trip to Kingston today (no gym!).

Kingston is like a Scalextric track with shops

Kingston was cold and there are now more and more students.

?13 for 2 sarnies and 2 coffees in Bentalls!

Best to go there at Xmas time or during summer months.

I quite liked the market place, but you can exhaust its delights in about 5 minutes. Prefer Richmond  my first home in London

Market appeared to be almost non-existent today.

I like Hampton Court.

Richmond's ok, traffic is now a major problem,always seem to be digging up the roads.
Oh, and you have to watch out for the stags in the rutting season. One of my dad's mates had his car written off by an aggressive stag.

They used to put signs up saying "Warning: Excessive deer activity". I thought that was being a bit judgemental

Forgot to mention that we had another power cut as we went out this morning. Could hear the alarm from down the road.

Finishing the week with a trip to Croydon, to Mrs tels place of work to try and fix their pc problem.

Then lunch in Sutton.
