It ain't the BIG C, as apparently that's not how it happens, so the quackter says like. confused:
I thought all lumps were potentially dodgy like?  Shrugs:

No. It's a mere skin infection to be treated with anti biotics.

I don't actually do anti biotics or any chemical based drugs, so THAT was all a waste of time ey? ::)

Ey, forgot to rant about summat else like.
While I was there I thought I'd take the opportunity to ask for some of these tablets that help you stop the snouts like.
Someone I was talking to reckoned they were almost magical, completely quelling the desire to light up.
Even his mum who was on 40 Regal a day for 35 years packed them in within a couple of days, and that was 4 months ago.
 
Only available on the NH though.

So I asked the quackter to do us a scrippy like.

I have to join the bloody stop smoking clinic/circle first, which probably consists of sitting in a room listening to H&S advice, and listening to fellow cough and spit victims woeful tales of their experiences with the dreaded weed.
