There would seem to be a number of schools with similar attractions

Meanwhile back at the previous school things are looking promising

I don't care ~ I would be happy having chosen the method of my demise.

OK, so what about the questions?

Replies 1 to 5 inclusive dealt with your first question  ::)

I suppose we were supposed to guess that you wanted us to answer the others you subsequently posted.

These are the other questions (I love the "feel free to assume" bit).
The last question made me laugh.

Please detail how you would deal with these scenarios (please feel free to assume whatever you need to answer these questions) :

It is 4.50pm and you are late leaving. A teacher phones the ICT Support department saying that he is low on ink in his printer and has some work to do tomorrow morning. When would you fulfil his request and why have you decided that? Offer to Email him instructions on how to put an ink cartridge into his printer

You are the only person in the ICT Support office. A phone call comes in from a languages lesson saying that they need some help with a students computer in their classroom which is not responding. As you prepare to leave the office the Headmaster comes in asking for your help in his office with a printer problem. How would you prioritise the 2 requests and why? Explain to the head master that you are on another job, tell him you appreciate his seniority and ask him for his advice on how you should prioritise your work load

A teacher asks you for some help producing something for a presentation with some photos she wants to give to 200 pupils at once. What application would you use to produce such a presentation, and how would you suggest she show it to 200 pupils at once? Remind the teacher that Power Point Presentations are one of the arts they have to demonstrate a mastery of when training to become a teacher

You are assisting a teacher with a problem using a piece of software you have never used before. You really do not know anything about this piece of software. What possible steps could you take to help the teacher? Tell them you will be better placed to help them if they will sign your petition calling for you to receive "continuous professional development" by means of regular and fully funded courses such as they are in receipt of on a termly basis (with full pay)
