When I lived in London at first one knew that Central London parking could be tricky and exensive, but not outside the Centre.  cloud9:

Even out here in N5 I have to feed fooking meters and move my car every 2  hours.  cussing:

It is costing me a fooking fortune. I calcuLAte I have spent about ?12 on parking today  cussing:

Out for lunch tomorrOW (no car) so I have to park the bastard car for about another ?12 AND pay for a ticket thing on the Underground  and be up at 8.00  in the fooking morning to move my car again and put more dosh in a machine until i WANT TO PARK IT SOMEWHERE ELSE  Banghead Banghead Banghead Banghead

I would set fire to the bastard car but I love it  sad32:

Anyone living inside of the M25 who doesn't have a garage or driveway should not bother to own a car. It is easier to do as we used to .... Hire a car when we wanted to go out of town, otherwise catch a tube/bus/taxi. And we made the move out in 1989 whistle:
