It seems a bit ironic though doesn't it that we have lived a lifetime of being told we have choices and human rights when we are alive but this may be disputed in death.
If I decide I want to have my body dismantled and anything that may still be of use after I have gone be sent elsewhere then my family butt in and disagree apparently there is still a conflict which needs to be resolved.
Errr no ...I have signed my forms and formalised my consent. I am of sound mind (and obviously body if organ donation is a possibility ) so tough luck. If we haven't had the chance to 'discuss this' then it should simply be accepted that these were my wishes - nuff said
