New Socks

I bought a dozen pairs of new cotton socks the other day. I have just put a pair on.  cloud9:

Why are new socks so blissful?

I dunno but you are right. I have long thought that should "my ship come in"  I would only ever wear a pair of socks once and then throw them away. This may explain why I seldom bother to wear socks these days (more or less gave up on them when I "retired").


See also underpants ~ never the same after Mrs Persil has been at them.

Well I love my new socks and will wear a new pair every day for the next 11 days  cloud9:

If I could get away with wearing nothing on my feet all the time I would. The moment I come home, off come the shoes and socks. All three daughters are the same, as are the grandkids
