Dealing with the public
« on: April 13, 2010, 11:37:05 AM »

FFS .....some people just live in cloud cuckoo land. This woman is doo lally tap. She made a complaint stating the following:-

You came over to my house last year to investigate the problems from  xxxxxxCourt. I am contacting you again now because a new problem has arisen. I was sitting in my garden the other evening when a fox walked along the boundary wall between my garden and xxxxxxCourt. My mother, who lives on the 5th floor of xxxxxxCourt, has also seen the fox on several occasions so I think it must live very near me, perhaps in the garages or on the roofs. I am extremely worried about this because my children are 9 months and 2 years. Is there anything you can  urgently do to help me with this unaccpetable situation?

Because I responded and said nothing we can do she has now made a complaint to the ombudsman

Could you not arrange for a team of fox hounds and hundreds of horses to thunder through her garden - preferably with her in it...?  lol:

Seriously, does this woman not watch TV, read a newspaper? Surely to goodness she has heard of urban foxes in London ~ the nature watch freaks devote whole programmes to the verminous creatures and if anyone calls in Pest Control then the rest of the street are up in arms to protect the bloody things.

Honestly there is no winning with some people.

Bet she feeds the f*cking ducks in the park too  Banghead

A fox will not harm her children and "mother" on the fifth floor is unlikely to find it in her flat. ::)

You might care to remind her that by voting Tory she will get rid of the hunting ban that prevents the destruction of said fox.  eveilgrin:

I think she must be getting confused with Dingo's  noooo:

She lives in a very posh part of town.....the fox  should obviously only be worn around the shoulders and not be seen on the land  noooo:

I have apparently just been hexed with a voodoo curse  ::)

Some wumman has rung up to complain about the service she has received ....the fact is we have told her there is nothing we can do and cannot substantiate her complaint. She then wanted her case officer disciplined and I have refused as she has been given a perfectly appropriate response.

Boy oh boy then did she start.....the racism card was pulled out the top pocket...and after calmly explaining that this was irrelevant she went into one. She started muttering stuff I couldn't possibly understand and then explained she is the high priestess of some such order and I will be the subject of a very nasty accident shortly as she has cursed me to the bone  Shrugs:

I wished her a good day when I put the phone down  cussing:

You had better order a couple of Lucky Turnips to ward off the evil spirits then.

Would you like the usual arrangement for payment?  whistle:
