For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction
« on: April 21, 2010, 08:08:10 PM »
So I got this months payslip yesterday .......my tax code has changed due to a number of things and a couple of other bits and bobs that are no longer being taken off ...so nearly ?60 up ( basic salary )

Lovely jubbly I thinks maybe I can treat myself to a little something this month.

Tonight I get home and get my mobile phone bill.....( I pay for mine and The Brats phone) ...transpires her best friend went to France over the Easter holidays...not that it stopped her ringing and texting her and going ? 50 over her allowance  evil:

How many time have I got to tell you. Pay As You Go is the only way to control teenage phone bills.
PAYG = you buy credit to the determined limit on the first of the month and if she uses it all in a week TOUGH she gets topped up on the 1st of next month. That's how I do it with all three of mine. Minimus never uses his phone so gets a fiver put on it everuy three months and still builds up credit. Minor does use his but more often than not will use the house phone to call his mates so he gets a fiver a month and the THW gets ?20 worth of credit. All three you will notice add up to about the same as a single contract rate.  whistle:

PANAIAMO RI COMPARE, you sound like my mom !!

hated this frikin system, my credit runs out after one week ! and my mom (the one who pays the  bills) alwayse used to tell me, well, you arent gettin any more credit and you arent going to use my phone either !!

she thinks that teenagers conversations on the phone are so un-important ! better to chat with my girls when we go out instead of wasting my crdit on girls talk!!

now that im an adult i enjoy wasting my credit! well now im the one who pays the bill i sort of understand what she was going on about those years
