Unusual neighbours

Now just a tad after midnight at TLHOTP in the med and ding dong the doorbell rings   scared2:
Being a big brave girl, go to the front door and yell 'WHO IS IT?' to find it's the kindly male neighbour from next door enquiring whether or not Mark is feeling better  evil: and to inform me that tomorrow the digger is coming to move earth on his side of the boundary and 'perhaps' I should not put washing out  rubschin:
I responded with a cool 'Thank you Very much **** (name undisclosed to protect the innocent) kind of you to enquire but it's a bit late, are you going off to pick your wife up from the airport now (she's been in Hong Kong for the past few weeks he says allegedly  eeek: but we have our doubts) and he says 'oh no that's tomorrow, now I'm off to the village for a few drinks because I've just mopped the floor and as it's all wet I dont' want to walk on it ?!?' - respond with a prompt 'oh thanks **** - see you tomorrow then, bye bye' = loud slamming of door!!!

I thought I'd left the nutters behind in England  rubschin:

Missing wife, earth moving equipment, drinking, cleaning stuff...

In our last house we had a neighbour who sent another neighbour (my bestest friend) an 'anon' letter saying that "your husband is having an affair - sort him out before he does any more damage".  With 2 very young children my friend was devastated and of course it was all nonsense but can you imagine if their marriage hadn't been stronger? eeek:

We found out after my Sherlock Holmes detective work and tracked down a particular glitch in her print out, called the police and they cautioned her.

Actually I just think **** was just a tad pissed already and 'perhaps' just being a bit over neighbourly and hopeful!
He stood two hopes (as previosuly said one of those is Bob) of being invited in though at this time of night  lol:

Wonder what Barman will respond to this thread ............... Perhps yeah yeah take her off my hands PLEASE !!! yeah

Oh yes - more unusual neighbours.  When I was younger in scouseland our next door neighbour used to hang used plastic Jif lemons on his climbing ivy!

It was a very posh neighbourhood!
