I was in an appraisal objectives meeting... me and the boss sitting at a picnic table under a tree.   angel1

The boss and I ........hoped he marked you down for that........ noooo:  Darwin would......

Strictly, as 'sitting' was used as an adverb in that context, 'me' is correct, especially if there had been a comma after 'boss'.

Best of all would have been "The boss and I were sitting . . . . "

 whistle:

I mostly despair

Ah but can you start a sentence with "Best of all" omitting the definite article?
Well, whatever, nevermind

In some other sort of sympathy with Uncle I have been clearing the garage ahead of a looming 12 weeks of chaos (aka having the garage rebuilt).

Jeez how much junk can a garage hold?  And how tough it can be condemning to the tip something you haven't used for 20 years
Well, whatever, nevermind

Not that I know

But have got snowed in a few times in the last years.  I'm guessing I kept buying better and better ones as to be honest a cheap snow shovel is a right waste of wood and plastic est lent to the neighbour that came out to help after the tough shovelling was complete
Well, whatever, nevermind
