I've been trout fishing with my two little 'uns. Two nice Rainbows in the freezer now ~ not bad for a morning's effort on the lake. Minor hooked 'em both but needed help to get them ashore.
One weighed in at 2lb 8oz the other at 1lb 6oz. I didn't fish as I cannot watch two boys and fish.
Minimus had and lost three which he swears were each at least as big as a whale.

We went crabbing the other day with The Boy and ANother Boy.Both insisted that they had just missed crabs as big as (both extend arms wide).

Yes ~ and for "crabbing" the harbour side at Conwy (two miles at most from Deganwy) is unsurpassable.
