How does one re-route an ip? For instance say that someone lived in Spain and wanted access to the bbc iplayer for instance, how would you trick the bbc website into thinking you were from England?

Just run Onspeed - i-player, etc. works perfectly...

Mr. Tinks watched the F1 on ITV onh Sunday - using Onspeed...
