Does Michael Caine actually say:

"Don't frow...   bloody spears...   at me!"

I didn't watch all of it...  noooo:

The cinema Blu-Ray première is this evening... disc not chosen yet but WALL-E is currently in the player...

Mind you, I've just got a bloody great shock off the lights so I may not make it to the première...  scared2:

Or beer perhaps...?  whistle:

What type of bulb is it...?

I've got eight in our kitchen - I've changed half to these new low energy (<1W) LED replacements... they work pretty well...

Something like R60 mirrored spots, Eddison screw. Some last for months, others... well  Shrugs:

The halogen ones under the cupboards seem to last ok. Can you get low energy spots?

Yes...

The ones I have are 'GU10s'... they look (and fit) exactly the same as halogen spots but are stuffed full of white LEDs...

240V, 1.2W, 30,000 hours...  cloud9:

The only thing is that you can't dim them for some reason...  noooo:

redface: A friend told me about a silly old fool who didn't know there were very similar looking 12V and 240 V spot bulbs and the 12V ones are very bright for a brief moment when fitted in a 240 V socket.  redface:  whistle:
