On the top row find A with an arrow (two way) in a box. It's next to the Red A. Highlite the werds you want to resize and then click on the A arrowed box. This will show you that the font size is usually 10. Increase or decrease the number by changing the digits as you see fit.

I hope this is a little clearer that BM's explanation  ::)
