Allegedly.

I had a call from the building manager a week or so ago to say that they were replacing the unit that services this side of office. No follow up. I got John the engineer up yesterday, he wandered around with temp gauge, muttered something about we shouldn't have the window/door open as it 'confuses' the air-con, then went away.

I have the window/door (accesses the balconey) open again, a number of fans and a portable chiller working away.

Great isn't it  ::) - this country likes to make such a huge deal about everything - whether it's snow, rain or sun.  Consultants coming up with brill advice such as wear a hat, sunscreen and drink lots of water  ( sheer genius) !!!!

However major issues like not boiling alive on a tube no one can come up with a solution for  evil:

You have to wear black head to foot Uncle according to R4 - like an arab like...  ::)
