I've been out. Went over to a "shopping centre" ( scared2:) and parked in their subterranean car park. Very dark down there... made my way upstairs to find the whole place was experiencing a power cut  eeek:
Bugger. Oh well, return home and.... aha, no change to get out of the car park. (I was going to get some cash from a cash point to pay for the purchase but of course none of the cash points were working!  rubschin:).

Eventually found enough change in pockets and car to be released from this urban nightmare. Definitely one of those 'what if' scary scenarios.
