I have always thought that the worst thing about drowning was having to call 'help!' You must look such a fool. It's put me against drowning.

I've been out. Nothing special, just out and about  Shrugs:

On the way back I was in a traffic queue behind a van. Nothing special there either only it had this sticker on the back...

"Operatives qualified to British Window Cleaning Academy standards"

We have an Academy?  eeek:. Oh my, something to be proud of there! Is it just me or do the words Academy and Window cleaning sit comfortably together?  rubschin:

Don't worry Miss C, there is a simple technique to protect yourself. If you see a slaphead or some odd looking bugger with a bucket on his head walking towards you leg it in the opposite direction.  whistle:

Quote
An academy (Greek Ἀκαδημία) is an institution of higher learning, research, or honorary membership. The name traces back to Plato's school of philosophy, founded approximately 385 BC at Akademia, a sanctuary of Athena, the goddess of wisdom, north of Athens, Greece.
