Tipsy was leaving the car park as I got here. I see from her windscreen that her "tax is still in the post", from a distance the last one looked like a Double Diamond label to me

Supposedly a complete ban like the UK...  ::)

It isn't widely enforced, most restaurants allow you to spark up after a certain time and there are moves in the government to repeal it or at least allow choice...
