If it helps I am peforming the morning rituals in the cellar, emptying the slops carefully back into the barrels, mopping the gents, backing up the whole system in the event of a failure, bottling up the shelves, carrying out the empties, keeping an eye on the draymen, chasing off the creditors, testing the real ales that were chocked up and tapped yesterday, jusht to make shure they are .. Hic! .. OK like. You are in shafe handsh. Hic!
