How does one re-route an ip? For instance say that someone lived in Spain and wanted access to the bbc iplayer for instance, how would you trick the bbc website into thinking you were from England? Just from an academic interest point of view you understand.
But what if say the individual had broadband and didn't want to speed up her connection?
