It would seem not as the paint that he is trying to paint on is pulling the other paint off, if you see what I mean redface:  The walls are now bare of paint and a lovely shade of damp plaster! noooo:
I have always thought that the worst thing about drowning was having to call 'help!' You must look such a fool. It's put me against drowning.
