Oh Nick - genuinely sorry to hear you had such a crap night  happy100  . Your friend sounds like a good un though .

Probably better that  you went off . rather than stayed in the house .  We all have our breaking points and when that happens escaping for a little bit is often the best thing.

I am in a dress that amounts to little more than a thinish pillow case and drinking chilled orange squash with a fan on. I too can listen to the radio!  evil:

eeek: indeed. And it will only get hotter as the Summer goes on.  noooo: Once this building gets hot it takes weeks to cool down so this is pretty much it for the next couple of months now. noooo:

Sadly there is no max working temp. Only a min.  surrender:

True - but the employer still has a duty to ensure your working conditions are reasonable and at those temperatures that would not be considered reasonable

Never happy are we?  ;D Only a few short weeks ago Wenchy was complaining about the weather being soooooooooo cold and telling us about her new moon boots.

It is currently 23  Deg C here, very cloudy but the forecast is that it will clear by lunchtime.
I used to have a handle on life but it broke.
