True - but the employer still has a duty to ensure your working conditions are reasonable and at those temperatures that would not be considered reasonable

Never happy are we?  ;D Only a few short weeks ago Wenchy was complaining about the weather being soooooooooo cold and telling us about her new moon boots.

It is currently 23  Deg C here, very cloudy but the forecast is that it will clear by lunchtime.
There's just no pleasing them Snoops... same with the VP like...  whistle:

I didn't complain about the cold! I only complained about transportation issues with ice/snow etc! I'd always prefer to be cold to boiling alive!
