I refer the honourable gentlemen to their earlier posts

They can do nothing about the heart rhythm, they feel the heart beat is still too fast so have upped the beta blockers to absolute maximum allowed on a "Let's see what happens if" basis and asked me if I want more counselling!   noooo:

I had my 'results day' just before my holiday. I've been getting more and more short of breath over the past couple of years and the cardiologists have been investigating. I've had catheterisation, TOE, echos, exercise tests and even an MRI (great pictures!) over the past year. Their decision is to operate to close up the ASD (hole in the heart).

Now are either of you sure that sorting out my problems is worth it  noooo:
