Wouldn't that be a  breach of health and safety doctrine?

I attended a H & S meeting last week to review and sign off the company's travel policy. I pointed out, quite reasonably, that the three page introduction had no relevance to our procedures. (it had been 'lifted' from a generic document)

It appears I have 'volunteered' to rewrite it.
