Brown sauce is for sausages ....tomato sauce is for bacon
I would kill for a bacon sarnie with mayo on white bread. Bread just thin enough so that the fat from the bacon lets you make finger marks in the bread.

The way that it slightly heats up and goes all runny and drips down your hand when you are eating it.
