Well, off I go. Scallypool to London, London to Luton, Luton to Inverness, Inverness to Edinburgh, Edinburgh to Manchester and Manchester to Scallypool.

What can possibly go wrong?

Where shall I start?
I have always thought that the worst thing about drowning was having to call 'help!' You must look such a fool. It's put me against drowning.

Filling my shoes with soap appears to have done the trick. I am now on the train (though it's not moving yet)

You look very happy but their web-site says that lunch is only:
Quote

(from 10:00 until 16:00 and after 19:00 - weekdays - on selected services)

    * Choice of two delicious sandwiches or snacks, made from the finest ingredients.
    * With a sweet treat like a muffin or slice of cake.

Hopefully you are doing better than that.
