No problem,. 30 years clean licence and max. no claims. They quoted ?245 for fully comp renewal increased to ?285 when I fessed up

Ok, 12 down to 9, whatever. Never heard of that being done before either, but hey bloody ho, wtf do I know ey? ::)
Waste of time all that anyway, as you've seemingly only just resumed driving, 12 months after your initial ban.

I'm going onto one of me me motoring forums to ask around what others would have thought and to have expected.
