Been out but not sure what I am looking for lovely clear sky.. Seems to be lots of movement but think they might be planes...  redface:

They are kicking off in my sky, don't know what sky everyone else is looking at.  Shrugs: Quite gorgeous, but my neck is now killing me and my eyes have gone all funny. Pretty shooting stars tho, especially when they all go at the same time.  :thumbsup:

lovely clear sky here now, even with my neighbours permanent outside light the sky was brilliant with all the main constellations really clear

Shooting stars much less than the 2 a minute we was promised, we saw 3 in about 15 minutes (all to the south west Boogs)

We used to go to Isle of Skye each year, you had no light pollution and could see many stars in the night sky and plenty of shooting stars. One of our guests could not see the shooting stars.  noooo: It turned out she was focussing on a bright star, rather than just looking generally and watching the sky, then expecting it to suddenly drop.  noooo:
