SHe has never billed me for leasehold charges. Now she wants 5 years' arrears. SHe is only allowed to go back 18 months (L&T Act, 1985, Section 20B). I have sent her 18 months' money "in full and final settlement".

How to give someone munny AND piss them off at the same time  eveilgrin:

That limit does not apply if she notified you in writing of costs incurred and Ms Bonkers may claim she posted a letter to you so doing.  It then becomes a test of whose story is the more believable.

See L&T Act, 1985, Section 20B subsection 2
