As stupid as it sounds Snoop remove the battery, put it in a freezer bag or wrap it in cling film and leave it in th freezer for a few hours. I thought our IT department was kidding about it until I saw them hijack the spare freezer from the canteen one day.

It will do all I require.

You'll loathe Vi$ta before the week is out... go to HP's web site and start downloading the XP drivers for it now...  whistle:

On a lot of new boxes there are only Vista drivers available! Been through this problem already with a laptop here which somebody tried to rebuild - check first.
