Actually if it's the diabetes that worries you I can eat most things so long as I maintain a balance.
If it's the heart then there's nowt that will make any difference now.
If it's the weight ~ I am 8lbs lighter than I was 6 months ago ..... Doc is very pleased.

Mrs TMR and I had pigs liver...nice and rare. With fried eggs, tomatoes and mushrooms. We are now driving to her brother's, in Bracknell to meet some relatives from Oz. What fun
