My dad had one of those!

We used to paint it every year with a mixture of bright green emulsion and cellulose varnish!

If it rained heavily the water bounced off the front wing and in through the grilles on the side of the bonnet = dead engine.

I seem to remember we had trafficators and had to bang on the ‘B’ pillar to make them come out…
