My (other) mate Graeme the mechanic came over....

With a bit of brute force (on his part) and ignorance (on my part) we've managed to put a work-around together...  :thumbsup:

So... onwards towards getting the brake and fuel pipes in and then bolt the rear subframe on....

I found that one on Amazon but I thought it would be quicker to pick one up... then I ended up taking a mahoosive detour and missed the shops...  ::)

Was talking to me dentist like, and whilst discussing his latest re-build projects, the head on his Jag came up that he's just started ferkling with, but it needs a damned good clean first.
I immediately thought of and mentioned YOU, and the using of the dishwasher. :thumbsup:
Briefly discussed our 'Me Mi' btw. cloud9:

His jaw dropped with amazement, exclaiming what an absolutely BRILLIANT idea, and he couldn't believe that he'd never thought of that before.

He passes on his thanks. cloud9:

He's getting a new cooker shortly, and will be moving his old one into the garage/werkshop...compleete with a hydraulic ramp I hasten to add eeek:, so he can bake small parts that he paints. cloud9:

I'm busy bending Kunifer brake pipe into ridiculously complex shapes to fit around the rear subby....   Banghead

Never done it before but I'm getting the hang of it now... although I've just had to order more pipe....  noooo:
