Here is a few to be getting on with...

I've run out of brake pipe so major assembly is on hold...

But I've tapped-out all of the threaded holes that were filled with underseal and fitted the front shock mounts...

I've also cleaned up the front windows and replaced the runners and rubbers on one... painted them up white so they look lovely even tho nobody will ever see them....  redface:

Mate. It's called DETAILING.

You are doing the job slowly and properly, and that's the way to do it.

Tell you summat. The shell as it stands is even worth a few grand now.

Indeed. Never seen them before.

They adjustable?

The whole car looks ace, and am looking forward to seeing it gradually all come together.

A bit of progress...

Fitted the steering rack and column.

Both have been refurbished; new bushes on the column (polythene on the top and felt soaked in oil for the bottom. The rack was stripped and greased then painted and new gaiters, seal and track rod ends fitted... Obviously new friction strips and nylock nuts used...

I've fitted an after-market adjustable steering column bracket so I can adjust the angle of the steering wheel once the seats are in.

What's the final plan for 'MeMi' BM, and when is ET of completion do you reckon?

Keep, enjoy and show off proudly, or sell to make a healthy profit? rubschin:
