With what, the clutch...?
I rebuilt and re-painted the Master Cylinder but somehow overlooked the fact that the hole at the end of the piston (that connects to the pedal) had worn into a slot (see pic)...
Of course, because I was on the vinegar stroke I ignored it and put it all back together...
Anyhooo... it makes a huge difference... the clutch will only disengage if I take the carpet out.... It needs just that little bit more travel....
So I found a second-hand replacement piston and have a new re-build kit arriving on Tuesday.
Will re-build the piston, replace the master cylinder and bish-bosh kerbosh!
Also have a 1-piece braided hose coming to replace the copper/rubber original set-up....
