Just finished unpacking all me stuff like...

One suitcase was 26Kg and the other had my clothes in it...  whistle: The check-in dolly said I was over but I gave her the pleading puppy eyes and got away with it....  lol:

I stripped the front subframe today - looks good...

Got my lecky drill out with a wire brush on it and took most of the muck off... then realised I was covered head to foot in black greasy shite...  noooo: Only had a pair of shorts on as it was soooo hot like... Had to put plastic bags on me feet to make it to the shower...  redface:

 Loads of greasy rusty bibs and bobs sitting on newspaper is an ESSENTIAL part of renovation...in ther kitchen, always. cloud9:

Not too sure about the kubing bit tbh. I'm not a mechanic. noooo:

Got back from walking the dog and this bloke turned up and asked "are you the guy restoring the Mini?"

He has fifteen of the bastards!  eeek:

Had a long listen with him for two hours... he strongly recommends the dish washer for restoring dirty parts and such...  rubschin:
