The Haunted Carpet
« on: May 26, 2010, 06:41:28 AM »
Had this house completely recarpetted last summer. I have allocated one of the large offcuts (about 5 feet by 3 feet) as a sort of rug between the front door and the kitchen. It keeps wandering about  rubschin:

Last night I situated it in the central part of the hallway. Came down this morning and it is trying to climb the stairs  scared2:

How do they do that?

I thought that you had 'care and control' of the mahoosive spider.

If your neighbors see you nailing a rug to a cross they may start to worry about you. noooo:

Nick - the same happens in my house. Mrs TMRBB has an offcut as a sort of rug, in the bedroom. Over the course of a day, it will migrate at least 3 feet.
