Modern technology is generally a waste of time effort and money, and in the main, totally uneccessary.

Tell you, I wouldn't even have a mobile phone if it wasn't for my werk.

The problem is thought to be particularly acute for left-handed owners who naturally touch the phone in the sensitive area.
