We have a mahoosive Bougainvillea growing all over the garage which is home to twenty-three million sparrows... You can imagine the mess...  evil:

You could do that OR you could be sensible and fit along the top of your new panels an anti bird product that stops them from perching and if they can't perch on the fence they can't shit down it.
