Don't you have to let it stand for 24 hours to let the gasses settle before switching it on .................. like a freezer?

Trying the PC mover stuff. Too many incompatibilities  cussing:

WTF happaned to Outlook Express?  cussing:

No one mentioned the WIndows 7 Easy Transfer thingy

WTF is WIndows Live E mAIL and how do I migrate my e mails to that?????


Oh and Mr GATES has kindly installed a TRIAL version of office on my new pooter but wants £204 if I want to use it  cussing: cussing: cussing: cussing:

I did mention the file and docs transfer - try it for data and settings, software will have to be installed piece by piece - at least then you have the option of junking stuff. The Mover software is never going to be a 100%, don't think anyone would be mad enough to give that assurance.

Windows Mail replaces Outlook Express, but I use Outlook.

As for Office, that's standard practice these days. prolly other stuff as well.

Did mention about patience as well.

     RTFM
