Oh no I won't. He didn't make the phone, so any problems are down to me and Sony Ericson.

He's my newestest best friend now anyway. cloud9:

Only new user problems, like how do I answer the phone when it rings, and how do I transfer me address book, cus when I try to it asks me do I want to transfer all me contacts from the SIM, I press yes, and it sez it's empty. It isn't though, as they are all in it/on it/whatever...I think/p'raps/maybe/Oh I don't know. Banghead

No. I'm fathoming things out in a calm and logical paced manner, little by little like.
Bit stumped over me address book transfer operation though, granted. ::)

No bloody teenagers here when you need them. Banghead

Battery is fully charged now.

Your address book may not be stored in the SIM card ~ you may have it elsewhere in your old phone. Mobile phones do have the facility to store stuff in two places

You have a point Snoops. I seem to recall when I upgraded to my new phone the yoof sales assistant Bluetoothed it across or something like that.

The other thing Growler is that I doubted it has "speakerphone" back on Page 1; I certainly never used it. I'm sure there's a Bluetooth headset accessory you can buy if you wanted.

Certainly my mobile gives me the option of where do I wish to save my address book and other stuff and a quick check reveals that the boys' phones both have the same facility. All are different makes and Minor's is at least 8 years old as it is my old one.
