 Explode:

Nick. Have you got the latest edition of this highly expensive A3 size (i think) 'free' 'Talking Together' 16 page magazine that all residents of Cheshire bastard West are receiving that this cctv article is in?

WTF can they possibly think of to waste public money on next...apart from these cctv scamera cars that they are now running and maning? Banghead

Popcorn:

So, what are they then Growler?

A fleet of new Vauhall Corsa's with a cctv camera nailed onto the roof driven around by arse holes that can't find a proper job, taking pictures of anyone that parks illegally anywhere.
Tickets tax demands will then be issued with photos as evidence.
Their first campaign is going to be outside scoooells apprently.

I've worked out that this must initially be costing the local council tax payer somewhere in the region of 70k. censored:

Shouldn't plod be doing this?

THAT is the exact article,  eveilgrin: and the picture is better and bigger than in the mag., and does in fact now confirm my suspicion. They parked it within the prohibition zig zag zone.
We have photographic evidence, and I WILL be issuing the twats with one of my own 'illegal parking' tickets. eveilgrin:

Inbetween shopping for more doughnuts at our local Tesco Express late shop shop, yes, and yes also, I have seen the plod in their doing just that.

Taking images.

I don't see that it matters one jot wheather the cctv car is moving or stationary tbh.
There could be some perv driving it and operating the scamera for all we know.

There is no law against taking photos outside a school. It being a public place like.
